Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition—unused, unopened, with the tags still attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for the return process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any damage, defects, or if you received an incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned if you simply change your mind. These restrictions will be clearly indicated on the product page. If you have any questions regarding a specific product, please feel free to reach out to us. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend processing a return for the original product first. After the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or payment provider may require extra time to process the refund.
